K ENT SUTTON grew up helping his dad on their farm in Archer, Idaho. Today, he farms the same ground with his own children, growing potatoes and wheat. He has been with Bench Mark as the General Manager since the company started in 1993. Kent is a family man and a sports fan. He coaches his daughter's basketball team and grabs any chance he gets to go to a professional baseball or basketball game.

P EGGY GROVER was born and raised in Idaho. She has been working at Bench Mark for 16 years handling book-keeping and sales. In 2008 she was the first woman ever elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Idaho Grower Shippers Association. She enjoys photography, spending time with her family, and warm summer days on the golf course.

J IM MUNNS has been with Bench Mark as Production and Shipping Manager since 1994. He grew up in Idaho on his father's farm raising cattle. Today he likes to spend all the time he can outdoors doing anything from riding horses in the summer to cross country skiing in the winter. He is also a skilled leather worker.
